Internet Explorer 4.0 and up

1. Select "Tools" from the main menu. Then "Internet Options..."

2. Select the "Advance" tab. Then scroll down to "Printing".

3. Make sure the "Print background colors and images" is selected.

4. Click the "Ok" button at the bottom and click on "Refresh" on the main menu.
