LabReporting.Com offers a simple and affordable pricing model that allows any-sized clinical laboratory the ability to provide test results over the Internet. Please click here for more information. Q. How does this benefit my laboraory? Please click here for more information. Q. Can I send lab reports to Physicians via email? Yes. LabReporting.Com is well-known for having the funcionality of being able to email lab reports. "Paper-less Solution" Q. What if a Physician does not have an email address, can they still view lab reports online? Yes. Physicians can log on to LabReporting.Com and access their reports. Troubleshooting Q. Why doesn't my printed report look like the report I see on the computer screen? This is
simply resolved by changing the preferences or settings of
your browser. Q. When I click on the "Print Report", why doesn't my report print? LabReporting.com
utilizes Java Script. You will need to make sure that Java
Script is enabled in your browser's preferences or settings. Note: Q. Why can't I see anything when I log in? LabReporting.com
utilizes the functionality of Frames. If your browser does
not support Frames, you will need to upgrade or change your
browser. Here are the two most highly recommended browsers: Q. I've forgotten my username and/or password, what do I do? For security purposes, forgotten passwords can only be retreived by calling our main office at (818) 843-4247 during business hours (9:00am - 5:00pm PST). Q. I can't create a new report, what do I do? Only Laboratories can create reports. After logging in to your account, click on the My Account tab. Check your account status to see if your Report balance is low. If it is low, you will need to order more reports. To do this follow the instructions on the "My Accounts" page. Q. How do I put my logo on the reports? Only Laboratories can put their logo on reports. After logging in to your account, click on the Preferences tab and follow the instructions. Q. What is PDF? Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) is the open de facto standard for electronic document distribution worldwide. Adobe PDF is a universal file format that preserves all the fonts, formatting, graphics, and color of any source document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it. Adobe PDF files are compact and can be shared, viewed, navigated, and printed exactly as intended by anyone with free Adobe Acrobat® Reader® software. Q. How do I view PDF files? You will need to down load this free Adobe Acrobat® Reader® software. |
